Completed cushions

Here are some of our completed cushions that we have been sewing.

We used - hessian, wool, sequins, buttons, and needles Our teacher then put a backing on them and then we stuffed them and made them into cushions.

We had heaps of fun!

Sewing

We have been working on making cushions for our school library to make it more comfortable and colourful. Here we are sewing with needles and wool onto hessian. A lot of fun but also a lot of concentration and patience needed. We are only half way through and will update with our finished products later on.

Welcome! we are children at a small rural school in Whangarei. We have Year 2, 3 and 4 kids in our class.
